📋 Description

• Respond to complaints and queries on behalf of clients across social media channels • Engage with online audiences through timely, professional responses aligned with each brand’s tone of voice • Monitor social media channels and maintain positive, authentic brand interactions • Moderate social feeds to ensure welcoming, judgment-free, safe, and inclusive communities • Review graphic images and written content that violates community guidelines • Escalate content covered by escalation processes, including child safety issues and bomb threats • Connect with brand audiences in French Canadian markets • Work approximately 16.5 hours per week across Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts • Cover moderation and engagement shifts during the specified project hours

🎯 Requirements

• Canada based • Native-level French Canadian; strong French Canadian written skills • Great level of English language and grammar • Background experience in moderation, engagement, social customer care, and/or community management with a brand or digital agency • Experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and different audiences • Confidence with digital technology and a variety of tech tools and platforms • Self-motivated social media expert comfortable working remotely • Windows 11 or Mac OS X version 14 (Sonoma) or higher with Admin credentials • At least 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended • Secure home-based broadband connection with minimum 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload • 40GB available HDD • Webcam and headset • Android or iOS device for 2FA • Facebook account if required by the project for SMS/SMM or FSD roles • Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs are not supported • Touchscreen monitor must be used with a keyboard and mouse
