📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner, support global hiring strategy, primarily for sales and pre-sales roles within cybersecurity sector. • Lead recruitment across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. • Build and manage pipelines for critical roles focused on high-caliber candidates. • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout recruitment process. • Engage with candidates to communicate values, culture, and growth opportunities. • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to streamline recruitment process. • Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to enhance process efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a global context or focused on sales and pre-sales roles. • Proficiency with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions. • Proven ability to manage multiple roles across various time zones, with a focus on delivering results. • Flexible approach to managing recruitment in fast-changing environments. • Familiarity with cybersecurity or technology industries (preferred). • Experience with recruitment in the APAC, EMEA, and US regions, understanding cultural nuances, and global hiring best practices (preferred).
