📋 Description

• Own Soda’s content function end to end • Build a system and pipeline for producing the website, technical blogs, webinars, and product videos at scale • Write technical content and create content in distinct voices • Develop multi-step content-generation workflows powered by LLMs • Diagnose and fix pipeline issues that produce low-quality or generic content • Build your own content profile and following • Work with founders, customer engineers, and customers to capture and publish their expertise • Report to a co-founder on the Growth team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to write and distinguish high-quality writing; submit writing read by a technical audience • Serious prompt engineering, including multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs, and evaluations • 3+ years building go-to-market work in technical content, growth engineering, marketing engineering, GTM engineering, DevRel, marketing operations, RevOps, or as a founder • Autonomous coding ability in Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and databases • Experience with Claude Code, MCP servers, and agent skills • Data fluency in pipelines, data quality, and data warehouses • Generalist problem-solving and workflow-building ability • Independence in a distributed, async team across 12+ countries • Fluent English
