📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of complex client accounts across Campus and Corporate Services • Report to the Senior Vice President, Operations • Provide strategic leadership and operational direction across multiple client locations and service lines • Lead and support Area General Managers, Resident District Managers, and site leadership teams • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth • Drive financial performance through budget management, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives • Partner with Business Development teams on new business opportunities, contract renewals, service expansions, and client presentations • Lead new account openings, transitions, and operational improvement initiatives • Champion health, safety, compliance, and risk management programs • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities • Support talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management • Ensure delivery of Sodexo standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations across all accounts • Support client sites across Ontario and other regions as required

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within food services, facilities management, workplace experience, education, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments • Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered • Proven success leading multi-site operations, managing large budgets, and delivering strong financial and client outcomes • Experience working within unionized and non-unionized environments • Strong business acumen, financial management, strategic planning, and project management skills • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills • Demonstrated success developing leaders and building high-performing teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools • Candidates should be based in the Greater Toronto Area, preferably • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel as required • Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset • English language requirement • New hires in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and senior homes must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19; other new hires may require vaccination based on location and scope of employment
