📋 Description
• Own and drive the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap • Prioritize features based on business impact • Lead and mentor a small, agile team • Use data to improve engagement, retention, and monetization • Manage LiveOps, events, and in-game economy • Apply agile and lean development practices • Collaborate with BI and UA teams • Stay on top of Facebook Instant’s fast-moving platform • Proactively identify and solve problems • Align closely with the Head of Studio
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years in Game Production or Product Management (F2P mobile) • Experience managing live games, ideally in casual or hybrid-casual • Background in game dev disciplines (design, art, or engineering) • Strong understanding of monetization and retention mechanics • Familiar with UA metrics and strategies • Data-driven, analytical, and organized • Comfortable working with remote teams • Excellent communication in English • Ideally based in CET Zone or within 1-2 hours
