📋 Description

• Conduct content audits, content inventories, and migration planning • Lead content migration activities from existing platforms to WordPress • Validate migrated content for completeness, formatting, and quality • Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies and best practices • Optimize metadata, page structure, URLs, images, and content taxonomy • Support keyword research and tourism-focused content optimization • Perform accessibility reviews and remediation activities • Conduct accessibility testing using automated and manual testing methods • Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards • Collaborate with designers and developers to resolve accessibility issues • Develop content governance and content management recommendations • Support user acceptance testing and pre-launch validation activities • Prepare accessibility and SEO documentation, reports, and recommendations • Monitor website performance metrics and search visibility improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in content management, SEO, and digital marketing • Experience migrating content to WordPress or enterprise CMS platforms • Experience implementing technical and content-based SEO strategies • Demonstrated experience conducting accessibility assessments and remediation • Experience with accessibility testing tools and compliance validation • Experience supporting destination marketing, tourism, government, or public-sector websites preferred • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field • Google Analytics Certification preferred • Google Search Engine Optimization Certification preferred • IAAP Accessibility Certification (CPACC) preferred • WCAG Accessibility Training or equivalent certification preferred • Compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards • Ability to conduct automated and manual accessibility testing
