📋 Description

• Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality, production-ready code • Build and maintain user-facing features spanning database models to UI components • Own work independently from design requirements through deployment • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional product and design partners • Lead initiatives to improve the user experience • Create services and APIs for web applications • Maintain system and codebase health; refactor and improve robustness and resilience • Write clear specifications to ensure product and code quality • Drive large releases to production on a continuous deployment cadence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a start-up environment • 5+ years of relevant experience in both frontend and backend development • Strong React fundamentals • Background working with TypeScript/Node • Intuitive understanding of creating delightful, consumer-oriented experiences • Strong communication skills • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership and accountability • Applicants must be based in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to travel 2–4 times per year for team offsite meetings within the U.S.
