📋 Description

• Design an outbound analyst relations program, including tiering firms and analysts • Execute a tiered outbound analyst relations program with proactive, results-oriented analyst communications • Build and deepen relationships with key analysts from top-tier firms through high-touch activities • Develop volume-based communications programs for second- and third-tier analysts • Cultivate analysts as positive references • Leverage analysts for reprints, sponsored whitepapers or surveys, speaking engagements, and webcasts • Serve as a credible company spokesperson to the analyst community • Communicate relevant company news, information, and product developments to analysts • Provide executive communications support through presentations, briefings, and talking points • Extract relevant information and data from analyst reports and surveys • Manage the analyst evaluation calendar and strategy • Own Solace’s participation and positioning in Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes, and equivalent reports • Manage analyst briefings, submissions, demos, and fact-check responses • Own the AR budget and analyst-firm relationships • Manage subscriptions, inquiry/advisory seats, and contract renewals with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other firms • Optimize analyst-relations spending against program priorities • Synthesize analyst-report content and share knowledge and insights across the company • Collaborate with marketing, development, product management, alliances, and sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years communications experience in high-tech • Minimum of 5 years in analyst relations at technology companies • Experience successfully representing high technology companies to the analyst community in competitive environments • Ability to interact with and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders, including executives • Strong technical mind • Ability to quickly extract, synthesize, and relay key information from multiple sources • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Senior, motivated, and enthusiastic team player • Combination of technical expertise, storytelling, and operational excellence
