• Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts through personal visits and follow-up on a regular basis, with an eye toward account retention and growth. • Secure account penetration and loyalty, by adding overall value to customer accounts; improving current programs, and introducing new innovations and reporting. • Drive engagement with customers at all levels to ensure needs are met, apprise customers of mutual performance, new products, programs and market trends through periodic and formal Business Reviews. • Develop and qualify leads within respective geography to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and social selling techniques. • Present and create multi-product solution opportunities through presentations, training, and demonstrations. • Provide customer training and support as needed across the customer's entire enterprise. • Accurately complete administrative duties; budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
• Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 2-5 years of B2B sales experience • Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation skills • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation, conflict resolution and strong analytical skills • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office suite • Ability to travel, including some overnights - must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
