📋 Description

• Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs • Conduct routine service visits and testing to ensure safe and effective treatment programs • Generate and distribute reports after each service visit • Assist with technical issues at customer sites and develop corrective-action plans • Keep the sales account manager informed of customer-site issues • Identify growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with prospect-account growth opportunities • Ensure customer personnel receive training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry • Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs • Report safety metrics to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record • 5 years+ of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility • Within a commutable distance to the Philadelphia Area
