📋 Description

• Deliver engaging on-site consultation and training sessions during new installations of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software • Provide dealership management with expert advice on system setup and software usage • Ensure compliance with business plans, industry trends, existing processes, and relevant laws • Collaborate with dealership management to gather critical data for decision-making and reporting • Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards • Monitor progress throughout the installation week to ensure successful completion of the onsite training plan • Travel approximately 75% of the time to meet clients and deliver services

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of dealership Fixed Ops experience required, including dealership Sales and/or Finance department management roles • 2-5+ years of on-site implementation experience preferred • Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Strong experience in training and presenting, both in group settings and one-on-one • Excellent communication skills, including effective phone communication • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
