📋 Description

• Translate company strategy into clear GTM objectives, priorities, and operating plans • Lead leadership meetings, business reviews, QBRs, strategic planning, and accountability mechanisms • Drive high-priority cross-functional programs from definition through execution • Resolve dependencies and ensure measurable outcomes for strategic initiatives • Help the CRO prioritize attention and prepare critical decisions • Synthesize complex information and ensure follow-through • Identify organizational, process, and operating gaps • Partner with GTM and broader company leaders to improve effectiveness • Drive major GTM initiatives and transformations with ownership and autonomy • Influence VP- and C-level decisions through strategic judgment and clear points of view • Build cross-functional systems, operating models, and frameworks for GTM scaling • Align senior stakeholders on high-stakes priorities and resolve competing objectives and barriers • Mentor and advise leaders and senior contributors • Bring external insights on market, technology, and operating shifts into Solink

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in GTM strategy, Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a Chief of Staff role within a scaling B2B technology company • Experience partnering directly with executives and influencing senior leaders across multiple functions • Track record of translating strategy into clear priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes • Strong business judgment and analytical ability • Comfort using financial and operational data to guide decisions • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • Ability to simplify complex issues, challenge constructively, and create alignment without direct authority • Experience working directly with a CRO or other C-suite executive is nice-to-have • Experience scaling a multi-function GTM organization through significant growth or transformation is nice-to-have • Experience across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, or Revenue Operations is nice-to-have • Experience with direct and channel-led GTM models is nice-to-have • Experience in physical security, video intelligence, multi-location businesses, or hardware-enabled SaaS is nice-to-have • Must undergo a criminal records check upon hire • Must be a Canadian Citizen, including dual citizens, or eligible to work in Canada • Must comply with Solink’s security policies and standards
