📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly close, including accruals, prepaids, and revenue/COGS entries • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies • Support financial consolidation, including intercompany transactions and foreign-exchange considerations • Maintain fixed asset schedules and related depreciation entries • Support preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor requests • Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules • Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual close processes • Partner with Finance Operations (P2P/O2C) to ensure accurate cutoff and transaction recording • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects requested by the Manager, Accounting • Work under IFRS across multiple legal entities and collaborate with accounting, tax, and finance operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally including month-end close responsibilities • CPA/CA completed or in progress • Working knowledge of IFRS or a strong foundation in GAAP with willingness to learn IFRS-specific nuances • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite • Strong Excel skills • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage close deadlines • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach • Willingness to learn AI tools for reconciliation, variance analysis, and documentation • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency accounting preferred • Experience in a SaaS, hardware, or hybrid hardware/software business preferred • Experience supporting external audits preferred • Must undergo a criminal records check upon hire • Must be a Canadian Citizen, including dual citizens, or eligible to work in Canada • Must comply with Solink's security policies and standards
