📋 Description

• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for U.S. radiation oncology customers • Translate physician and clinical workflow requirements into actionable product feedback • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to refine and validate new software capabilities • Support customer implementations, user acceptance testing, and product adoption • Act as the clinical escalation resource for Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams • Represent the organization at customer meetings, advisory boards, and industry conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical background in U.S. radiation oncology (RN, Radiation Therapist, Medical Dosimetrist, APP, or similar) • Strong knowledge of radiation oncology physician workflows and clinical documentation • Experience with oncology software, clinical informatics, product management, or healthcare technology • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.
