• Procesar nómina quincenal y semimensual para todos los empleados, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento en un entorno multiestatal. • Mantener y actualizar los registros de nómina, incluyendo contrataciones, retiros, cambios salariales y deducciones. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de leyes y regulaciones fiscales federales, estatales y locales. • Preparar y distribuir informes de nómina a la gerencia según corresponda. • Atender consultas de empleados sobre nómina, deducciones y formularios fiscales. • Colaborar con los departamentos de Recursos Humanos y Finanzas para garantizar la precisión de los datos de beneficios y compensación. • Conciliar la nómina antes de su envío y validar los informes confirmados. • Apoyar los procesos de cierre de año, incluyendo la emisión de formularios W-2 y otras declaraciones fiscales. • Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre cambios en leyes y regulaciones de nómina.
• Título técnico o profesional en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos o áreas afines. • Nivel de ingles conversacional avanzado (B2+/C1) • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en nómina, preferiblemente en entornos multiestatales. • Dominio de software de nómina • Conocimiento sólido de regulaciones fiscales y de cumplimiento en nómina. • Excelente atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
