📋 Description
• Realizar llamadas outbound para atraer y evaluar candidatos. • Atender consultas inbound y convertirlas en entrevistas efectivas. • Coordinar y ejecutar entrevistas diarias. • Participar en ferias de empleo y eventos de reclutamiento. • Gestionar procesos de verificación de antecedentes y referencias. • Mantener registros actualizados en el sistema de gestión de personal. • Apoyar en la documentación, seguimiento y análisis de procesos de contratación.
🎯 Requirements
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento en EE.UU., preferiblemente en home care o health care. • Dominio avanzado del inglés (oral y escrito). • Manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento como Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder y sistemas ATS. • Conocimiento sólido de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
