• Oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility utility systems, including electrical, water, HVAC, plumbing, and backup power systems • Ensures all utility systems meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements • Maintains readiness of utility systems to support surge operations, rapid deployment, and emergency activations • Conducts routine inspections, testing, and assessments of utility systems to identify vulnerabilities or maintenance needs • Manages service providers responsible for utility system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to electrical systems, water quality, environmental controls, and facility safety • Develops utility management plans, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering • 7 years experience in utilities management, facility engineering, industrial maintenance, or related fields • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and backup power systems • Ability to manage complex utility environments across multiple facilities • Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and government partners • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills • U.S. citizenship required.
