📋 Description

• Develop trusted adviser relationships with physicians and position Sound Physicians as the practice or multi-specialty practice of choice • Source and screen physician candidates for the growing Emergency Medicine specialty • Provide consultative services to physicians and Sound Physicians’ practices and clients during recruitment • Source candidates through cold calling, website postings, trade shows and referrals • Engage physician candidates by phone regarding Sound Physicians and practice opportunities • Screen candidates for fit with Sound Physicians’ core values • Oversee the referencing process to ensure fit with the Emergency Medicine team • Coordinate on-site interview details, including itineraries, travel and real estate tours • Close candidates by addressing concerns during contract negotiations • Build relationships with regional leadership through status updates and guidance-seeking • Generate recruitment activity reports on demand • Manage projects and develop recruitment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• No less than 3 years experience in physician recruiting or equivalent physician sales/healthcare experience, with 1+ years recruiting in EM • Track record of filling searches and/or closing deals • Ability to foster and maintain mutually respectful physician relationships • Bachelor’s Degree required • Strong organizational and communication skills, verbally and in writing • Well-developed grammar and composition skills • Ability to handle a heavy workload under deadlines with minimal supervision • Ability to independently understand, follow and implement complex instructions • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High level of detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management • Ability to build credibility with physicians, colleagues and clients
