📋 Description

• Define and lead product strategy across Allia Health Group's pharmacy, telehealth, EHR, and shared patient-platform businesses • Build and lead the company-wide product discipline, including discovery, design, research, analytics, and product talent • Own the shared cross-brand patient platform and provider-network EHR product end to end • Prioritize the portfolio based on user value, evidence, outcomes, and capacity • Establish continuous customer and provider interviews, prototyping, usability testing, and validated problem definition • Build design, user research, accessibility, interaction-pattern, and design-system disciplines • Own outcome metrics including retention, activation, medication adherence, and NPS • Establish product analytics with instrumentation, cohort and funnel analysis, and experimentation • Map and prototype provider workflows and own the provider activation funnel • Set strategy for clinical AI features, including ambient documentation/scribing, triage, coaching, adherence, follow-up, and decision-support products • Define proportionate human oversight, audit logging, clinician review, trust, confidence, reasoning, and override standards for AI features • Run the product organization with AI-assisted research synthesis, prototyping, analysis, PRD drafting, and analytics querying • Design the chronic-care clinical-engagement layer for adherence, side-effect management, and dose support • Ensure shared platform and EHR products are API-first and support HL7/FHIR interoperability • Partner with Compliance and Clinical on HIPAA, telehealth, FDA, and clinical-safety requirements • Hire, level, and develop product managers, designers, and researchers • Partner with the CTO and engineering on delivery of core platforms, data products, and AI-enabled systems • Translate company strategy into roadmaps and report outcomes to the executive team and board

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product • 5+ years in an executive product role (CPO, SVP/VP of Product, or equivalent) • Experience at a digital health, healthtech, regulated-SaaS, or enterprise-technology company • Track record of building and scaling multi-product or platform-based ecosystems • Direct experience in a regulated environment, including HIPAA, telehealth, FDA, or clinical-safety contexts • Experience across consumer DTC subscription products and provider- or clinical-facing products • Proven partnership with CTO/engineering leadership • Experience establishing product discovery, design, user research, and product analytics disciplines • Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features, ideally including LLM and agentic-AI use cases • Fluency in retention, activation, cohort, and funnel analysis • Strong business and commercial acumen • Excellent communication and executive presence
