⢠Report to the VP of Strategy and collaborate with the Head of Carrier Relations and cross-functional leadership (Operations, Sales, Finance, Product) ⢠Build and manage relationships with external strategic partners and internal stakeholders ⢠Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize partnerships and ensure successful execution ⢠Track, measure, and report on partnership performance against KPIs, ensuring accountability and ROI ⢠Serve as point of escalation for day-to-day partner operational issues ⢠Maintain a centralized tracker/CRM of all partnership opportunities, active deals, and performance metrics ⢠Create an operational framework to help prioritize new potential partnerships ⢠Identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, increase capacity, and grow
⢠5-7+ years of consulting, business operations, private equity, or investment banking experience ⢠Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight ⢠Strong analytical skills ⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders ⢠Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority ⢠Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality ⢠Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required ⢠Bonus points if: MBA; experience working at a start-up ⢠Must be eligible to work in the United States (Spark participates in E-Verify; all work must be conducted from an approved location within the U.S.)
