📋 Description

• Secure new recurring revenue from residential prospects and incremental revenue from existing customers through in-person visits • Conduct quality face-to-face, in-home sales presentations to new Sparklight customers • Identify customer needs and match them with company products • Diplomatically handle interactions with potential customers • Reconcile daily sales orders with install reports and maintain sales-order documentation • Attend in-person sales meetings and management-directed training sessions • Achieve established sales goals and quotas • Independently promote Sparklight residential products and services • Manage a monthly prospect portfolio, time, and route to maximize face-to-face interactions • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of one year of proven sales experience; or 2 years of college; or equivalent combination of sales experience and college education • Stable work history • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation/vehicle where applicable, and automobile insurance as required by Sparklight • Proper appearance/attitude to represent Sparklight in the community • Basic mathematical and computer skills • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, walk for extensive periods, and lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to work evenings and weekends • Proficient time management and prioritization skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Successful background, drug screening, and reference checks required before hire
