📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled phone or virtual health insurance advisements • Review members’ healthcare needs, budget, eligibility, and available plan options • Explain coverage, benefits, premiums, and limitations clearly • Help members make informed decisions and assist with enrollment when applicable • Document each advisement accurately • Complete necessary follow-up after advisements • Attend scheduled appointments on time • Communicate professionally with members and partner teams • Follow applicable carrier, state, federal, privacy, and compliance requirements • Complete required training and product updates

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance Producer License • Active licenses in a minimum of 5 states • Previous health insurance experience, including consultations with consumers by phone or virtually • Strong grasp of health insurance terminology and enrollment processes • Ability to explain coverage clearly and compliantly • Dependability with scheduled appointments • Ability to work independently and remotely • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor • Must comply with carrier, state, federal, privacy, and compliance requirements • Candidates with 10–12+ active state licenses will be prioritized • Bilingual English/Spanish is a preferred qualification • Experience with Individual & Family Plan, ACA/Marketplace, Medicare, private insurance, or short-term medical is preferred • Remote insurance or telesales experience is preferred
