📋 Description

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile processes within cross-functional teams • Organize project work in dashboards and project management tooling and keep statuses up to date • Help coordinate small to medium-sized company projects • Report project status verbally in small meetings and through asynchronous written communication • Create small tasks in project management software and assign them appropriately • Facilitate standups, iteration-boundary meetings, and retrospectives for groups of 3 to 45+ people • Track metrics on the status of work in progress • Analyze and improve processes through retrospectives • Manage issues, small features, and defects for teams • Facilitate demos of completed issues and requests • Help assess resourcing constraints and suggest potential engineering candidates based on skills • Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions on schedule and fostering continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Evidence of capability to meet many of the listed goals and tasks • History of getting things done well • Ability to facilitate Agile processes and meetings • Ability to coordinate small to medium-sized projects • Ability to organize work in dashboards and project management tools • Ability to track work-status metrics and improve processes through analysis and retrospectives • No software development skills required • Scrum certification not required • Legal right to work in the United States or Canada
