• Lead sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics • Deliver revenue goals by executing brand objectives and communicating approved clinical information • Conduct account planning and collaborate with the commercial team • Appropriately promote rare disease products in accordance with company and industry guidelines • Maintain expert knowledge of company policies and guidelines, including healthcare professional interactions, compliance, and business conduct • Ensure compliance with company, industry, and government laws and regulations • Own overall territory revenue and customer support • Identify customer needs and provide solutions in live and virtual settings and within community/academic settings • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers • Develop deep market, customer, product, and competitive insights • Complete ongoing training and development in product knowledge, selling skills, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies • Identify and implement ways to prioritize patients and customers and accelerate medicine delivery • Review data, understand trends, prepare and communicate plans, and use digital platforms and omnichannel strategies • Participate in field coaching sessions focused on account plan execution and competency development • Coordinate communication and tactics with field and headquarters colleagues • Support local and area key opinion leaders
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience required • 5+ years of proven Rare Disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with successful results • Neurology experience with pediatric and adult experience • Oncology experience • Experience selling in a competitive market • Experience in Rare Disease sales • Experience with virtual selling and a track record of embracing technology • In-depth understanding of the Neurology/Oncology landscape and market dynamics highly desirable • Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care knowledge • Strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Valid and active driver's license • Candidate must live within the identified territory
