📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to refine product features and uncover new features • Manage and evaluate product ideas from internal and external sources • Facilitate feedback loops throughout the development cycle • Work with the Development Team Lead to ensure successful product delivery • Engage with Service Delivery on project requirements and customer transition timelines • Support the Development team through SCRUM sprint cycles • Liaise with Customer Success to identify customer issue and enhancement trends • Demonstrate products to internal and external stakeholders • Provide new feature education for internal users and customers • Help define product management processes and best practices • Collaborate with the Product Manager on objectives and key results for the CIS product • Collaborate on Quality Management practices through design, development, and release cycles • Forecast product item availability • Support sales estimates for quotable development work • Collaborate with business development on RFP and Statement of Work responses • Manage the CIS product backlog and execute the product roadmap • Develop expertise in the utilities industry, products, and users • Support education and enablement of the user community

🎯 Requirements

• Thorough and detail-oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and shifting priorities • Ability to prioritize effectively • Positive, creative, and curious • Understanding of system design and analysis • Strong B2B product and business experience • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders • Experience in the utilities industry would be an asset • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers • Final candidates must complete a background check and identity verification
