📋 Description

• Engage during RFP responses, sales pursuits, and the Solution Design and BRD work that defines what we deliver • Lead customer-facing Solution Design and BRD sessions, defining the work to be done before it becomes contractual scope • Highlight risks • Retrieve and translate customer needs into work Product Owners can plan • Engage the right specialists for each engagement • Push back on commitments that aren't feasible • Author or co-author SOW solution language for enhancements and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Solution Consultant, or equivalent role (BA with PO scope, Technical Product Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer) in B2B, with personal experience producing Solution Design documents and BRDs • Experience operating across both Product and Sales/Pre-Sales contexts • Demonstrated experience leading Solution Design or discovery sessions with external clients • Comfortable orchestrating cross-functional work • Estimation discipline • Strong written communication • Strong facilitation • Comfortable with ambiguity • Risk identification • Fluent in Jira and Confluence; active use of modern AI tooling in your workflow
