📋 Description
• As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be the analytical and operational partner for our Sales and Insights teams. • Turn complex retail deduction data into clear, compelling business cases to help suppliers protect revenue and recover deductions. • Support our go-to-market (GTM) strategy by creating ROI analyses for prospects and empowering Customer Success. • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support upsell opportunities and contract negotiations. • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for visibility into performance. • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales processes. • Handle sensitive client and revenue data with discretion and integrity.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or data analysis • Understanding of the retailer deductions space and common deduction codes for retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Target • Advanced skills in quantitative analysis, modeling, and data visualization • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite • Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations • Naturally curious and proactive in identifying gaps and improving processes. • SQL experience preferred. • Power BI experience preferred. • CRM tools (Salesforce) experience preferred.
