📋 Description

• Provide analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership on formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization initiatives • Develop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and implement tasks to meet or exceed targets • Create and implement metrics and measures for revenue maximization performance objectives • Collaborate with business partners to understand goals and develop predictive models, statistical analyses, data reports, and performance metrics • Design and maintain policies and procedures supporting compliance with contracts and state/regulatory requirements • Leverage technology expertise to identify and implement enterprise automation opportunities through artificial intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or another related area, or equivalent work-related experience • 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience • Ability to understand and evaluate risk • Experience supporting and managing contractual guarantees • 1+ years’ experience with modeling and data management • Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer, and Excel skills • Tableau/Power BI experience is a plus • Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to interact with senior management and key business users • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
