📋 Description

• Partner with SDRs to close inbound and outbound-generated opportunities. • Jump on SDR discovery calls, follow up, and close. • Provide feedback to SDRs to continuously level up lead quality and conversion rates. • Prospect, identify, and engage new mid-market clients. • Build your own pipeline through cold outreach and smart prospecting strategies. • Own the full cycle: discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing. • Hit (and exceed) your monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Deliver impactful proposals and presentations. • Collaborate with recruitment, client success, and marketing teams to ensure clients are set up for success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B sales as a hunter - ideally in offshoring/outsourcing. • Proven record of smashing quotas across transactional and complex sales cycles. • Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills. • Skilled in discovery, negotiation, and closing. • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. • Experience working with SDRs and leveraging them for pipeline generation. • Strong communication skills and CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Willingness to complete 1 month of onsite training in Manila, Philippines.
