📋 Description

• Provide advanced underwriting expertise to advisors regarding eligibility criteria • Oversee the full lifecycle of complex cases • Analyze medical and financial requirements • Discuss unfavorable decisions with advisors and carriers • Act as a strategic agent providing content for training initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and French • 5–10 years of experience in a dedicated underwriting environment • Industry-recognized designations (such as AALU or FALU) are strongly preferred • Proven ability to solve complex problems • Exemplary interpersonal skills
