• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with PE firms, GPOs, and their portfolio companies. • Develop and implement strategies to grow and penetrate PE-backed prospects and maximize revenue within GPO/PE networks. • Collaborate with internal sales, business development, and category teams to drive successful sales strategies and ensure contract compliance. • Provide training and direction to sales teams on PE/GPO initiatives, opportunities, and strategies to expand the account base. • Guide RFPs/RFIs, pricing strategy, legal agreements, and custom program development for PE/GPO accounts. • Monitor business and market trends to inform and adapt sales strategies. • Coordinate with internal teams to report on sales performance, contract compliance, and rebate/pricing opportunities. • Deliver presentations and business reviews to PE firms, GPOs, and Portcos to demonstrate value and progress.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience. • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within Private Equity, GPO, or related sectors (i.e. Financial Services). • Demonstrated success managing large, complex customers and selling to C-Suite level stakeholders.
