📋 Description

• Oversee successful delivery and implementation of Stardog’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph and Voicebox solutions • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through execution and go-live • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies • Monitor project progress, adjust schedules, and identify risks or delays • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client expectations and business goals • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders • Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction and successful delivery • Publish weekly status reports and facilitate project status meetings • Conduct executive project steering committee meetings • Coordinate communication across internal teams and clients • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues • Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, professional services, support, and customer success • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for implementation handoffs • Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards • Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned • Improve project management processes and project delivery efficiency • Stay current with SaaS project management best practices and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience • Overall 10+ years of enterprise project management experience in B2B SaaS • Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects is a strong plus • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, software, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various project management methodologies and life cycles • Proficiency with project management software (Rocketlane, Certinia, Wrike, Netsuite, Smartsheets etc) • Proven experience collaborating with top-tier Global System Integrators (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young (EY), Accenture) • Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty • Demonstrated experience leading project teams of solution architects, consultants, and developers • Demonstrated experience driving adoption through achieving business goals and innovation • Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team • PMP certification is a plus • Travel requirement 10-20% • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
