• Identifying, prospecting, and securing new partnerships with landlords and property managers within your assigned region • Delivering tailored sales presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of our platform, and negotiating contracts to close new business • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing opportunities for upsell and retention • Working closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Customer Service to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones • Sharing feedback on regional trends to enhance product offerings and client engagement • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently pursuing and closing high-quality deals • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and local housing markets to position College Pads in your markets effectively
• 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex contracts and deal structures • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong time management and organizational skills • A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office or Google Workspace tools • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of college housing is a significant advantage
