• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, product management, category management, or related business discipline • Proven experience developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive margin growth • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, customer insights, and market trends into business recommendations • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Channel Management
