📋 Description

• Lead the technical team in project execution, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met • Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity • Participate in recruiting and hiring new technical talent • Monitor and evaluate performance, providing continuous feedback • Collaborate with business and sales teams to identify technical opportunities • Attend client meetings to understand needs and propose solutions • Coordinate technical project documentation, ensuring quality and organization • Resolve internal conflicts and promote a collaborative environment • Contribute to defining the organization's technology strategy • Stay up to date on trends and emerging technologies to propose innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field • Proven experience in technical leadership and team management • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision for decision-making • Clear and assertive communication skills • Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development best practices • Problem-solving ability and aptitude for proposing innovative solutions • Collaborative mindset and ability to handle conflicts • Postgraduate degree in a related field (preferred) • Experience defining architecture and technology strategies (preferred) • Certifications in leadership or agile methodologies (preferred)
