📋 Description
• Facilitate Module 5: Responding to Anti-Indigenous Racism within the PPD program • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment • Share lived experience and expertise as an Indigenous person (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit) to enhance student learning • Guide students through case studies and discussion to connect course content to real-world practice, particularly in healthcare and human services • Support Stenberg’s ongoing commitment to EDII in all aspects of teaching and learning
🎯 Requirements
• Indigenous identity: First Nations, Métis, or Inuit • Experience as a facilitator, educator, or trainer • Expertise in issues related to Indigenous Peoples, with a focus on anti-Indigenous racism • Knowledge of Indigenous experiences in healthcare and human services • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse student groups • Preferred: experience in post-secondary or adult education • Preferred: familiarity with equity, diversity, and inclusion frameworks
