📋 Description

• Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, HR, and Finance teams • Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation for incentive compensation administration • Document end-to-end processes from plan design to payout distribution, including procedures, responsibilities, and timelines • Assist with implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool • Maintain documentation for compensation regulations, internal policies, audit trails, compliance checks, and corrective actions • Communicate with operation personnel • Review and refine incentive compensation administration and calculation processes • Document process improvements and track their impact on efficiency and accuracy • Maintain clear and documented processes for resolving issues and discrepancies • Document data sources, validation processes, and retention policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Advanced Excel skills in modeling and complex formulas • Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and calculation processes • Preferred experience with a Commission Calculation Software (CaptivateIQ, Xactly) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Equal Employment Opportunity Employer • Ability to communicate effectively with operation personnel
