📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through onboardings, trainings, business reviews, and contract renewals for the StoresightAI platform • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted consultant and lead customer service contact • Proactively engage customers to ensure timely renewals of annual subscription contracts • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the sales team • Manage work and customer interactions in Hubspot CRM • Analyze customer data and trends from the StoresightAI platform to provide strategic insights • Monitor customer progress and satisfaction • Collaborate with Data and Platform Operations teams to address customer challenges • Serve as a subject matter expert on StoresightAI products and educate customers on systems and processes • Help customers implement, expand, and enhance engagement with StoresightAI offerings • Partner with Sales, Data, Platform Operations, and Marketing teams on retention and account expansion • Work with team leadership on individual development and growth goals • Share insights and best practices to support high-quality customer service

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience within CPG or retail (strongly preferred) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines • Excellent business writing and communication skills • Strong ability to collaborate and excel in a team environment • Strong customer focus, with a commitment to meeting customer objectives and developing a deep understanding of their business • Proactive and service-oriented, with initiative to prioritize customer needs • Adaptable and capable of solving problems efficiently in changing situations • Commitment to excellence, including occasional work outside regular business hours for critical deadlines, time-sensitive projects, or urgent tasks • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems (preferred) • Familiarity with data analysis and ability to interpret customer trends (preferred)
