⢠Handling requests sent to the AMS team in SNOW/client tool ⢠Compliance with SLA/KPI for processed requests ⢠Communicating through official cases ⢠Performing configuration/programming tasks related to PA, Time and PY ⢠Development of specifications for proposed solutions ⢠Preparation of test scripts and technical documentation ⢠Solving current problems in the SAP HCM system ⢠Assisting lower-level employees in system configuration ⢠Proposing improvements to existing SAP HCM systems ⢠Maintaining system compliance with the labor code ⢠Providing consultation for internal and external client ⢠Supporting less experienced colleagues from the team
đŻ Requirements
⢠Language skills: Polish is a must ⢠English on advanced level would be an asset ⢠Experience in SAP HR, Payroll/Time or SAP module certification ⢠ABAP skills nice to have ⢠Good IT skills, adherence to IT Principles & Data Security ⢠Persistence in striving for a goal ⢠Teamwork orientation
