📋 Description
• Work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to investigate auto bodily injury claims • Evaluate damages and exposure • Negotiate settlements • Drive fair, timely resolutions
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience handling auto BI claims (first-party and third-party) • Active Adjuster License • Familiar with demand evaluation, attorney negotiation, and reserve setting • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated • Proactive, not reactive—you anticipate needs and act before being asked • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change—you give constructive product input, not just bug reports, and treat improving the platform as part of the job
