📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead, guiding and upskilling the Salesforce development team • Define and implement the technical architecture for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability • Actively participate in analysis, design, development, and delivery of features • Collaborate with the business team to elicit requirements and define innovative solutions • Review and approve code, ensuring quality and adherence to standards and best practices • Monitor the performance and health of Salesforce solutions, implementing improvements as needed • Contribute to defining processes, tools, and metrics to drive continuous improvement for the team and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core features, capabilities, and best practices • Advanced skills in Apex development, Visualforce, Lightning, Integration Cloud, and other Salesforce tools • Proficiency with agile software development methodologies • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
