📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop all Regional and District Managers, and through them, Property Managers and park teams portfolio-wide • Build a high-performing operations team through hiring, mentoring, and succession planning • Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with company growth objectives • Own portfolio-wide KPIs including revenue, occupancy, NOI, and guest satisfaction • Maintain visibility into district- and park-level performance to identify systemic issues and course-correct • Own budget performance and ensure efficient resource use and achievement of financial targets • Review financial performance and ensure accurate reporting and rent/revenue collection portfolio-wide • Identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company standards • Enforce brand standards across the portfolio • Align park-level execution with marketing, finance, CapEx/facilities, HR, and IT • Establish operating rhythms with Regional and District Managers through check-ins, reporting cadences, and review cycles • Drive company-wide initiatives to successful implementation at the park level • Ensure guest needs are consistently met and exceeded; analyze feedback to drive service improvement • Provide senior leadership with regular updates on portfolio performance, risks, and initiatives • Communicate company goals and standards through management levels to park teams
