📋 Description

• Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations within marketers' day-to-day work • Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to marketers' responsibilities • Coach and partner with marketers from initial AI awareness through regular integration, workflow transformation, and self-sufficiency • Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools • Recognize patterns across cohorts and scale successful solutions for reuse • Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns for the FDA team • Share successes with cohorts and leadership • Track individual and cohort progress against a defined maturity model • Prepare marketers to design, build, and oversee autonomous multi-agent workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration • Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, tools, automations, or workflows used by real people in their actual work • Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms, including Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapting communication style to different learners • Ability to work across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously while supporting 25–45 marketers • Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others, with evidence that people changed how they work • Experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or a closely adjacent function is preferred • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks such as Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, and content management tools is preferred • Formal AI transformation experience is preferred
