📋 Description

• Provide customers with technical support and services • Perform preventive maintenance, installations, site surveys, demand services, and emergency services for digital cinema equipment • Maintain cinema projection equipment, digital signage, sound systems, servers, and power supplies • Determine and execute customer support plans • Test electronic assemblies, components, and parts using electrical and computerized test equipment • Examine equipment and assemblies for defects and replace defective components • Repair equipment and perform field testing • Resolve firmware and software issues • Direct investigations of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition • Record, analyze, and report production quality and customer complaint or claim status and disposition • Install electronic or digital equipment and test it • Record daily activities in Field Point, including work descriptions, expenses, hours, labor, and travel • Take ownership and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with electronics related to the Pro-Av market • Familiarity with computer and networking concepts and architecture • Experience with digital cinema equipment is preferred • Strong attention to detail • Proficient with MS Office • Exceptional customer service skills required • Valid, state-issued driver's license • Ability to stand, sit, squat and bend for a period of time • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Comfortable working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills • Self-starter who can find and resolve issues as they are identified • Ability to successfully interface with a wide range of personnel within the organization • Willingness to travel in and out of market up to 70–80% of the time • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call
