📋 Description

• Manage internal and external resources supporting an overarching strategic direction • Provide product and procedural expertise related to HCP education programs • Monitor and understand the competitive landscape • Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials • Develop and manage customer-facing strategy, content, and education programs • Drive collaboration with Medical Education, product marketing, and sales training • Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics, and content delivery • Organize and deliver in-class or virtual courses • Analyze Medical Education program metrics and effectiveness • Contribute to Medical Education strategic direction • Identify opportunities for new investments • Develop KOL networks and gather customer feedback through voice-of-customer and surveys • Provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams • Allocate support and resources to leverage programs • Adapt Medical Education programs to customer needs and business priorities • Understand communication channel strategies and articulate desired outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 6+ years of work experience required • MBA preferred • 3+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred • Orthopaedic experience preferred • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills • Preferred candidate located in the Western region • Ability to travel 40%
