📋 Description

• Lead a team in Medical Education • Partner with key opinion leaders to design educational materials • Develop and execute annual Medical Education strategies and programs • Manage resources, budgets, P&L requirements, and investment priorities • Develop online education methods and applications • Collaborate with Medical Education, product marketing, and sales training teams • Shape the short- and long-term vision and strategy for Medical Education • Manage the KOL network and emerging thought leaders • Mentor team members toward excellence • Adapt programs to customer needs and business priorities • Define communication strategies and desired outcomes across media channels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 8+ years of work experience required • MBA preferred • 5+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred • 2+ years of people management experience preferred • Endovascular experience and acumen strongly preferred • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills • Willingness/ability to travel 40%
