• Responsible for the product, program, or portfolio strategy. • Author key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc. • Drive demand planning and forecasting while considering market and product factors. • Establish pricing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and P&L drivers. • Demonstrate financial acumen and establish metrics, goals, and success criteria.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of work experience • Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative market data • Experience within healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or related regulated industries • Experience leading product lifecycle management and commercialization programs • Experience with change management and customer adoption strategies. • Prior people leadership and team management experience.
