📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployment. • Lead enterprise-level security best practices, including: DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) SAST (Static Application Security Testing) SCA (Software Composition Analysis). • Champion the use of AI in engineering workflows, mentoring teams in: Applying Agentic AI coding assistants for enterprise development Automated testing best practices and continuous quality improvement. • Architect and develop scalable applications, integrating: Python, FastAPI, and modern Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., CrewAI). • React for front-end development. • Node.js for back-end development. • Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message queue systems for robust communication. • Contribute hands-on to resolving complex bugs and optimizing system performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product team, software engineers, data scientists, and external development partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional software design and development experience. • Proven experience building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines. • Demonstrated expertise in DAST, SAST, and SCA methodologies. • Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and modern AI frameworks (LLMs, CrewAI, etc.). • Expertise in React-based front-end development. • Experience in Node.js back-end development and API design. • Solid experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ, etc.). • Strong understanding of software testing automation and QA processes. • Experience mentoring or leading other engineers. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Open to work in multiple technologies. • Can work with minimal supervision. • Proficient in English.
