📋 Description

• Manage talent acquisition and staffing for the field • Ensure an excellent candidate experience • Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment program to staff the facility in a timely manner • Create relationships with local schools, community partners, colleges, universities, and referral sources • Maintain the ATS/Workday for accurate internal and external job postings • Process candidates, conduct and schedule interviews, and make job offers • Discuss staffing needs with department heads and assist in developing and executing recruiting plans • Pre-screen and submit or schedule qualified applications for hiring supervisors/managers • Develop recruitment resources, advertising sources, and a qualified candidate network using social media and other tools • Extend verbal and written job offers and correspond with candidates • Act as liaison to colleges and universities with clinical internships and job-shadowing requirements • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process • Organize and attend career fairs and recruiting/hiring events • Collect and compile data and create reports as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field OR High School diploma plus related experience required • One or more years recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare field • Knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Workday • Skills in sales, marketing/advertising and human resources preferred • Strong verbal and written communication • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers • Broad knowledge of industry trends within the healthcare market to identify top recruits, forecast opportunities and consult with candidates • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred • Qualified candidates should submit a resume
