📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable cloud services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of services • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs • Experience with CI and on-call production support • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members • Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their technical skills • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5-8 years of industry experience with a proven track record of ownership • Experience with Scala (or another JVM language) and Kafka in production environments • Experience in multi-threaded programming and globally distributed systems (preferably in AWS) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, solve problems and adapt to new technologies • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices • Occasional on-call availability.
